We have a historic, beautiful venue available for any occasion, including but not limited to: Ceremonies on the Beach, Receptions, Bridal Showers, Bridal Brunches, Vow Renewals, Rehearsal Dinners, Reunions, Ladies Luncheons, Business Meetings, Club Meetings, Birthdays or any large event.

We have a spectacular view, delicious food, great service and other amenities to accommodate any special occasion.

We can offer you multiple styles and levels of services, whether a casual beach party or a sit-down dinner or luncheon, we can accommodate the needs of your event.

Wedding Services

*Ceremony Fees below do not include officiate, flowers or photographer.

A 20% service charge and a 6% state tax will be added to all prices listed herein. Service charge is subject to Florida Sales Tax.

Decorating Services* Fee of $ 300 Includes The Following Items

  • Bamboo Arch decorated with White Tulle
  • Chairs
  • Beach Torches

Indoor Receptions Include:

  • Tables and Chairs
  • Dinnerware, Silverware and Glasses
  • Set up and breakdown of room
  • 4 Hour Time Period for Dinner*

*4-Hour Event with One Hour prep-time for Vendors. Additional charges will be applied if time of dinner is extended past the 4-hour limit.

Table Linens may be ordered through Shucker’s and will be placed on your invoice. Linens will be set up for you at no charge.

All events must conclude by 12:00 midnight.

Our dining room has a private area which will hold 60 guests, but for parties over 60 you will need to expand into the Shuckers bar area, which is the entire upstairs restaurant, sale minimums apply.

All events require a guaranteed number of guests. The guarantee is what you will be charged, even if fewer guests attend. It is a requirement that Shucker’s is to be notified of the exact number of guests, 2 weeks prior to the event.  The guarantee number is not subject to reduction; however, you can increase your number up to the day of the event within 10 persons. Notice must be given by 9:00 am on the day of event.  If there is a discrepancy in the number of people attending, we shall deem the larger number correct and you will be responsible for the additional charges.

Outdoor Functions 

All outdoor functions will have an indoor backup room, decisions will be made by 12noon for outdoor Weddings and Dinners. Once the indoor move has been agreed up by you and the manager, it will be final.

Shucker’s is responsible for the quality and freshness of food served to its guests. Due to current health regulations, food may not be brought into or may not be taken off premises after it has been prepared and served.

To allow adequate time for ordering, menus must be completed and returned to the restaurant, no later than 15 days prior to your event.

With the exception of specialty cakes, all food must be purchased from Shucker’s. No outside caterers or vendors are allowed. Menus are subject to change and pricing is not guaranteed at time of signing contract due to changing food prices.

You will be notified of any change in price two weeks prior to your event, if there is going to be an increase in pricing.

Deposits and Payments 

A Deposit is required to “Hold Your Date” it is a Confirmation for your event.

Hold-The-Date Fee: $ 100 (Friday, Saturday or Sunday)  $ 75 (Monday-Thursday)

If you are doing a beach wedding, then the set up fee will also need to be payed at the time of first setting up your event.

Final payment will be due at the conclusion of the event.

Bar tabs will be paid at the conclusion of the event.

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

No Personal Checks accepted.


90-Day notice for refund of your “Hold the date” Deposit.

Cancellations within 60 days are subject to forfeiture of “hold the date” deposit. Any fees associated with planning the event, will be your responsible to pay.


Decorating of the tables and chairs are allowed, but affixing any staples, tape, tacks or nails is not permitted. We do not permit anything to be attached to the walls, floors or ceilings. Glitter and/or confetti may not be used. Only votive candles in hurricane – style enclosures are allowed. Our talented design team will be happy to assist with any decorations for the dinner tables. An additional cost will be applied.

Music and Dance Floor

You may bring in your own music, band or DJ, for the Beach Wedding portion.  If you are just reserving part of the dining room we do not allow bands, DJ’s, music or dance floors. We will be happy to provide music that is acceptable to the entire dining room. If you are renting out the dining room and Shuckers bar area, then you may have a band or DJ. Please inquire if you wish to have more than 60 guests, Music and a Dance area. We do have live bands nightly at The Cottage.

Bar and Beverage Options

Shucker’s, as licensee is responsible for the administration of the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages on premises.

Absolutely no alcohol may be brought in and served other than by Shucker’s. We are happy to accommodate requests for special order liquors or wine when the client assumes full responsibility to pay for the entire quantity ordered. There is a corking fee of $20.00 if you bring in your own wine or Champagne.

Guests must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

The bar will close 30-minutes prior to the finish time of your event.

Service Charge

A 20% service charge and a 6% state tax will be added to all prices listed herein. Service charge is subject to Florida Sales Tax.

We set our Bar options with a dollar amount, and then you tell us what you would like to cover…..Domestic, Import, Well, Call, Top Shelf, Premium Call, Frozen Drinks, House Wines, Champagne Toast.

Cash Bar Option

Cash Bar is an option where you can choose to allow your guest to purchase any bar beverage that they wish, and pay for them on their own.
